Shipping policy
Customers will receive an email immediately upon dispatch of their order. This email will contain shipping details.
All standard shipping orders in stock will be dispatched the next day from receiving the order. Custom-Made orders may take between 4-6 weeks to ship, depending on the specific items to be made.
We aim to meet these delivery times, however sometimes circumstances such as system failure or weather conditions may delay the delivery time.
